standard bank - is there anyone there???
i’ve been with this bank since i was 18! i cannot believe the indifference and challenge to find people who are human to assist with some hectic urgent matters, errors on credit card- eventually i got through to a lady who is our business manager, but i’m not sure how come i’m charged 60 rand plus for old statements from my old credit card that was ****med ! and still the - 4000 balance is not explained?!
