Standard bank is the worst of banks

Hi good day, I need your assistance.

I've been having since the 28th June a bad experience with standard bank Thibault sqaire branch in cape town.

I got my salary paid and on the 28 they told me my account was closed without my knowledge they created a new account for me and told me they will transfer my funds from my old account to the new account but till today I'm still waiting for my hard earned money.

I had sent them numerous emails and I've been in the branch nearly every day but they keep saying they looking into getting it transferred over. I was unable to pay my rent amongst other things because of this. I'm sick and tired of fighting for my own money. I just want my money I worked for.
