Standard bank is the worst in SA

On the 3rd of May 2023 my parents visited the Tongaat branch to deposit some money into their account . At the ATM they were harassed by a gentleman behind them when they pressed cancel on the machine they card got sucked in. When they rushed to tell the employee of the bank to block their card she quoted" I'm all alone here and I need to lock up, come tomorrow. By the time they reached home their account was cleared of all their money considering the fact they are pensioners and they depend on this money. When they returned to the bank in the morning the bank logged a case and then closed it. Two months later and they don't know what the hell is happening. Standard bank is one of the worst banks and my parents are still without their money.
