Standard Bank is the worst, Id rather pay more with ABSA or any other bank then come back to them

I have been having issues the moment, I decided to leave Capitec and go with Standard Bank, specifically because R3000 was deducted and they couldn't tell me where the money has gone to nor have the transaction reversed how's that for a bank, then comes Standard Bank wow. What an utter joke, too the issues I have had with online portal to the money this people deduct and for the disgusting customer service in the branch and online. All I have to say I wont ever recommend this bank to friends and family. I checked the reviews for Standard Bank, another joke over 30000+ gave them a 1 start rating that should speak for itself. employing people to fill seats I guess but that's about it. I forgot to mention their complaints department. They the worst before resolving anything they close complaints without consent how's that for company policy.
