Standard bank is the worst bank you can ever take a loan with

This is the worst bank you can ever take up a loan with. I have a term loan with standard bank. I have made a few payments in advance which do appear on my transaction history. My account is up to date and should have a credit amount. They handed over my account to ADRS debt collectors. Their records show that I'm in areas, however, they can see all payments I have made on my loan account and they promised to have this corrected with Standard Bank. For months I have been requesting for my payments to allocated correctly but they fail to do this. If standard bank still fails to fix this and remove my account from ADRS debt collectors, I will take this up with credit ombudsman. #WIN
