Standard Bank is the worst bank on this planet!
Standard Bank is the worst bank on this planet! Absolutely NO customer service! uneducated useless call centre agents are only there to frustrate the hell out of you. Their facebook team NEVER keep their promises! They do not know how to give feedback or return calls! Inter department communication is non-existent! Watch your account closely for those unseen insurance charges! Make sure they charge the correct interest rates!
Standard Bank - if you want to get rid of me - contact me! or even better - close the account and send me a letter of confirmation.

Still NO contact, still NO resolve.
Just close my F-ing account and send me confirmation there of. We will then walk out separate ways. Until you do so I will continue to slate sbsa on social media every single day!
