STANDARD BANK IS THE WORST BANK IN SA

Standard bank is the worst bank I've ever dealt with in my entire life. It's been almost 2 months and two weeks asking and resubmitting documents for the estate account to be closed and the funds to be transferred. I went to their protea Glen branch and was assisted by Connie. I was told the case will be resolved within 3 weeks. After 5 weeks, I went to the branch to check up on the issue and was requested to resubmit and was told after few days that the case was escalated to the higher authority but no response. I sent an email to their estate division and was requested to submit the documents again, I did but still no response. I ha e exhausted all the possible options I have in closing this account. This has actually reminded why I closed my stb bank account few years ago. ITS BECAUSE OF THIS INCOMPETENCEY!!
