Standard Bank is the WORST bank ever to deal with

After 29 years of being a loyal Standard Bank customer, I regret to say they are the worst Bank to deal with. I will never recommend anyone to use Standard Bank especially the Standard Bank Trust department. Having said that I have had no joy from any other department either, all departments work in silo's. I recently went through the very traumatic loss of my husband and Standard Bank has made it tenfold harder to deal with my loss and deal with Standard Banks incompetence. Further to this, they have the most unproffesional way of replying to your emails. I categorically state never use Standard Bank Trust to draw up your Will and Last Testament as you will have to do all the ground work on your own and chasing up while they enjoy the benefits of the executor fees.
