Standard bank is the WORST BANK EVER!!! RUINED MY FINANCIAL CREDIT SCORE PERMANENTLY

I highly DO NOT recommend Standard bank. It one ****ty bank. After a misleading loan contract they say I owe them R9000. I asked them to close my cheque account and I took all my debit orders to another bank coz what the consultants tell you and what you sign for are 2 different things. Not all of us are fluent in English and can read the fine print so you believe whatever their representatives tell you😭😭😭😭and apparently it wasn't closed and it on minus R9000. Standard Bank is one ****ty bank I tell you but it no use lodging a complaint coz they definitely won't fix it the same they couldn't assist me with the complaint I made about being misled by a consultant at the branch and I ended up signing a loan contract with the terms I didn't agreed to. Their consultant had lie and I trusted her coz she works for a prestigious bank. I am drained I guess I will just sink in debt coz what else can I do. I don't have money or lawyers to sue her or Standard bank. My English is Intermediate so she took advantage of that. When I reported the matter to Standard bank they said I signed the contract. I doubt they even looked into the matter. All my FAMILY MEMBERS CANCELLED STANDARD BANK. I HATE IT SO MUCH YERRRR😭😭AS BLACK PEOPLE WHO DIDN'T GO TO GOOD SCHOOLS TO GET QUALITY EDUCATION BANKS LIKE STANDARD BANK TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US😒It so SAD. WE SIGN ANYTHING NOT KNOWING IT GONNA BE OUR DOWNFALL
