Standard bank is the worst bank ever!!

In February called standard bank and informed them that I'm currently not working is there anything they can do, the consultant that I spoke to said they will pause the account till there are activities again in my account.

I then receive calls that I am owing the bank. Mind you I have no loans or any credit with the bank. Told them no I did tell them I am not working. Later on in May there's a letter stating that I'm going to be handed over for not paying R522.35.

Then the shock I got when on the 13th of July I'm told I owe R2376.81, uhm well payed it then went to the branch to close the account, I'm being told I have to pay an extra R115.81 to close the account. I have a ucount that I have never received any card on. Have never received any benefit from but I was charged for on top of everything.

I truly hate hate that bank, even asked if they can retrieve that call with the consultant stating they will pause the account. Nothing.
