Standard bank is the worst bank ever

<p>i have recently had numerous issuses with standard bank services. My account was cut due to it havent been</p> <p>fica, I did visit the branch to fica it and all was good untill i could not swipe my card at any card facilty machine. I went to the branch, They could not assist me at all and advised me to call the call centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying for days and sitting on the landline for countless minuets, The call centre is in shambles.</p> <p>They keep you holding for 20/25 minuets untill it cuts off by itself.</p> <p> </p> <p>Standard bank used to be a bank with good service, Now its a sin to even have an account with them.</p> <p>They can not assist with anything, Bad service..Im horrified that they cant assist with the block on my account and cant help me with a new card. Standard bank is pushing the people to open accounts with other banks. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will be an absolute pleasure opening an account with FnB, Absa or Nedbank. </p> <p> </p> <p>Really really disgusted with the service, POOR SERVICE DELEVERY..After all these years and this is the thanks i get for my money.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
