STANDARD BANK IS THE WORST BANK EVER!!!

I have been banking with standard bank for over 7 years now and now I have had it with their poor service, I had an overdraft with them and due to retrenchment I couldn't pay it back, I then went to the bank when I got a learnership to try and make an arrangement to pay back the money and they told me I cannot make an arrangement on an overdraft and all of a sudden they closed my account and took all my learnership money without consulting me and they noted on their system that I made an agreement to pay the money but which is a lie because I have never ever heard from any consultant at standard bank, now I opened a new bank account with FNB and in so doing I can no longer keep the funeral policy that I took out for my brother because I am no longer a standard bank customer and now it seems to be a whole lot of trouble to get it cancelled I opened the policy myself and I was responsible for the premiums but to cancel it now all of a sudden my brother is the one that needs to cancel it, why then was it not a problem for me to be the one who opened the policy on his behalf and now when I need to cancel it, I cant do it without his consent what nonsense is this?
