STANDARD BANK IS THE WORST BANK EVER

A large amount of money was debited off my account, more than a month after several calls to the call centre as well as a painful visit to the Sanridge branch, Standard bank is still not able to tell me where my money is gone. Mpho Pholoba from the Sanridge branch is both extremely unprofessional and totally ***********. In her own words \my brains are fried"trying to figure out what happened to this transaction. So Standard Bank if your trained consultants cant figure out where my money is gone then i have lost all confidence in your ability to handle my accounts. please can someone who still cares investigate this issue before this gets plastered all over social media.
