standard bank is the worst bank

Sindi from Standard bank Protea gardens gave me a terible service that left me teary and belitled when she talked down on me, i tried to seek help from the manager whom i was told they are off.i havent received any feedback up to date from them.I was then called by her collegue Thomas who could not assist at all.I guess im too black to be called and assisted by a manager...This is not the first time i receive a terible service from this branch.I guess they were not trained and they have a bad attitude from hell .ill be cancelling my chewue account soon due to all this disrespect and malicious behaviour.ive beeb with them since 2002/3
