Standard bank is the worst
What is up with Standard bank. They ignore my emails completely. I am up for Debt review and now they refuse to assist me with any issues that I have Ie: cancelling all my debit orders and my funeral policy. I have sent various emails to my banker and also to insurance... No response.. Why I have been a client since leaving school 30 years back is this the payback... Now I am in trouble it proves that we are not customers to them we are only money generating numbers.
