Standard Bank is the worse bank to be with I want my money back ASAP!!!!!!
Standard bank double charged me for purchases made with atm card at Shoprite Three Rivers for R466. 64 and R2300. 00.They charged me on Saturday as well as on 12 May for the same debit card transactions. Yesterday I was embarrased at Meyerton Pick and Pay, I had to leave my trolley full of groceries behind. Whats worse Standard Bank also charged bankfees for declined card. I phoned call centre and they told me they cant say when my money will reflect back in my account. I am fed up because i now have to take time of to go into a branch to seek assistance. This is not ok I need my money urgently back to purchase food.

14 May 2022, 03:20Still no reply or assistance from Standard Bank, extremely unhappy I have to run around after Standard Bank double deducted my money unauthorised!!!!!! No refund still on my account either!!!!! If this does not get resolved soon I am closing my bank account at this bank I am fed up!!!!!!
