Standard bank is the worse bank on earth with the worse customer service

Good morning, I have been fighting with standard bank for my money they froze since the 8th of July this year, today it's Christmas and I'm having a black Christmas with my kids in the rural areas, a consultant at Standard bank carlton centre branch blocked my account when I had gone there for a recall of R20 000 that I had transferred to the wrong account number and demand I send proof of funds of which I have sent to all they departments, payslips and confirmation letter of employment was sent to all they departments but still I have no access to my money. Worse they ask to terminate the relationship which I agreed but they refused to send me the termination form until now even though I have told them over and over that I'm in the deep rural areas with no funds to move around and no near by banks in the area, I do not know what more to do anymore.
