I like to believe I am a fair appraiser of service; I rant when dissatisfied, I gush when impressed; today, I gush.

To the following, thank you for all you have done for me as your VALUED client. Because of you my family has a home, and we can drive around South Africa thanks to your amazing service and customer-first values. Even when the chips were down during my recent major transactions (and admittedly there were some mistakes), you managed to show what banks should be doing to look after clients... You truly are the best bank in South Africa and I will hear nothing otherwise on the matter!
