Standard bank is the PITS

I have over R8 million in various accounts (baking, MM, Stanlib with this poor excuse for a bank! Late this afternoon the rejected a debit order because my one account was short by about R2000. No courtesy call to me, no explanation and help line could no even find the account. I have been with Standard for over 45 years. I will be contacting Capitec first thing to move ALL my money in all accounts out of Standard. Over the tears I have had small problems with the service of SB. They can now get stuffed!!! I know I an just a small cog in the wheel and that their Shareholder (not clients) get priority. Good bye - and it is interesting to read the polls and find Standard is at the bottom customer rating list.
