Standard Bank is the pest ever!
I have completely had it with Standard Bank. I am giving up now. I lost my job, I am traveling around to stay off the streets. They know my situation. I made a plan to pay what I can, even if I was told it does not help, because I am only paying off the interest. A lady from Standard Bank who actually cared contacted me trying to help. I did everything I was told, still there was a lot of stories to pay out my insurance claim. My ex employer who hates me and blames me for her business folding eventually answers them after how many months and they just believe her. I have never striked a day in my life and she still owes me money. So while this was dragged out, Standard Bank never took any money or made arrangements. My loan was on hold. After they rejected my claim on Monday, I get a letter from a lawyer threatening with more interests and courts and sherrifs. Without consulting me or trying to make further arrangements they handed me over. I can hardly pay a lot now, but now they want even more money. Because of themI can't get a job. So how does this make any sense Standard Bank? They kick you even more when you are down. I do not give my consent for any lawyers or 3rd parties To Standard Bank to contact me. If they want to arrange Standard Bank can phone me directly. I am sure this goes against my human rights or the consumer act or something. They have no customer values or empathy. As long as they can make life worse for you. What do you want the Sherriff to take? My R200 phone or the clothes I've been wearing every day? You are free to take it. I don't care anymore. Let someone from the BANK phone me. Don't ever do business with this bank or trust them. They are only in it for the money and nothing else. At least the bank I previously had tried to help me and put my stuff on hold with no interests.
