Standard Bank is the most useless bank EVER!!!
I have logged a query with standard bank about an error with an ATM and they owe me money.<br> I have been waiting for over 3 weeks just to find out that they logged the wrong query and I have to go to a branch and repeat this process with the correct query. This is utterly ridiculous and disappointing<br> <br> Some of us really need the money and they refuse to pay me back due to utter stupidity and delayed processes.<br> I have already switched to FNB and I am glad I did! <br> <br> Still have not received my money!!!
