I would like to share a wonderful experience with Standard Bank Home Loans during my very difficult times. End of 2019 I was rendered without a Job, I got short-term employment in 2020 and again in 2***. Standard Bank Home Loans was very instrumental in ensuring that my family was not kicked out of our family home. They literally handheld me in 2020 by giving me a number of options to explore. I initially got into an Easy sell arrangement, but after failure to sell in six months, they further got me into a customer assistance program to pay in flexible and affordable terms. When I lost employment again in 2022, standard bank did not give up on me, they still offered me many options and advised me to go back into an Easy sell program. I really think Standard Bank is doing a lot to help struggling bond payers not lose their homes I really appreciate their services. The attorneys they used are always very friendly, understanding, and sympathetic towards me as a result I am still a proud owner of the only home for my three teenage kids.
