STANDARD BANK IS SUCH A STUPID BANK WITH BAD SERVI

I was called by a standard bank consultant and offered me an upgrade on my gold credit card and I accept however notified them that I will not be able to pick up the card they promised it will be delivered to me at work. I had a disagreement with their courier company and the card was taken back. I later contacted them that I have not received the credit card will it not affect my current credit card with no response. Month later as I was withdrawing money atm took my card I called the help line to notify them, they told me card was retracted as I am suppose to use the platinum card I told consultant I never received the card and I notified the bank with no response. Because of the dissatisfaction of the bank I cancelled both credit cards and required refund of my money. So I received an sms that I owe money in the credit card so I call the bank and get a very rude consultant that does not even understand English Gabisile M. Apparently I owe charges for a credit card but how is that so when I do not even have the credit card? 2ndly the credit card has not been cancelled but why because it was cancelled and I was refunded. This bank is ruining my credit record for their ineffiecents
