Standard bank is *****ing my money

<p>I had a rcp loan with STD Bank,I paid off the rcp in May 2016 (the figure I was given by STD Bank) and now I see that I still owe STD Bank for this loan that I have already paid off..I was also told that I should go to the branch to close this account which I did and yet I am still getting charged and this is now affecting my credit record.Standard pls do your job and sort this mess out..disgusting!!!!!</p>
