Standard Bank is *****ing my money

I obtained a bond from Standard Bank, got alternative building insurance that were much better and cheaper. I did not sign for any insurance on the bond contract. Standard Bank invented and subtracted Insurance that I did not sign for, and they refuse to refund me. They implement delaying tactics thinking that I will forget about it. Telling me to fax the details to a number that does not exist. Their customer care helpline is beyond useless. All they do is transfer me to the next person that does not answer.
