Standard Bank is Standerdless

Still waiting on my money. They just dont do anyting and me and my wife have to keep struggling. With no money . And this is no a financial institution tuat we must trust for keeping our money safe. Phone call expenses trabing to bank up and down R 4000 that has been taken from me is now costing me another R2000 plus for chasing the bank up and down who is paying for that now. And all i get in return is a( we will contact you soon). Same thing they said last year as well.
