Standard Bank is so terrible

Standard bank is the worst bank ever with terrible service. Not also do they have ***** tendencies. I posted a complaint last week about a swallowed card and lost money. They told me a representative will contact me. Did they? NO! I had to call again, I had to mail too! Mail responded after TWO days<br> <br> The card was swallowed by YOUR machine. When I got inside the bank to stop the card, I was delayed by YOUR employees who even failed to explain where my money went, I wasn't even advised as to what I should do. I had to research it myself. I had to call ***** dept myself. I wasnt advised to by ANYONE! I lost R1100 and now your ***** team tells me I wont be refunded because It took me 40 minutes to report? I was delayed by YOUR staff though, They didn't even tell me to skip the queue? They made me wait! This is not fair. I want my money back. You failed to contact me on time and you failed to assist me on time now I have to pay the damage?<br> <br> Standard bank refuses to pay me because their staff failed to do their job. Wow... It's no wonder people move to capitec bank in such large numbers! <br> <br> Very Disappointed.<br> <br>
