Standard bank is ****

I went to standard bank in Northmead Benoni, A lady by the name of flatter sponono opened up a cheque account for my spouse, the debit order switching was not done correctly on his accounts, All debit orders ended up bouncing, She opened up a secondary cheque account for me, I have been waiting 4 weeks, We send her emails but no response, we keep on going in the Bank to rectify but NOT ONCE DID SHE COME BACK TO US, I went in and all my details was captured wrong on the system. Im still waiting for my card till this day!!! Standard bank is #### I am changing banks, SO WE MUST NOW STRUGGLE WITH BANK CHARGES AND BAD RECORDS OF BOUNCING DEBIT ORDERS.. THIS IS BULLS###
