Standard Bank is SA's worst bank

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I try to utilize a home loan feature which doesn't work, and I the only replies I get after many months are literal regurgitations of what documents say, and in some cases just attaching documents with bare explanation at all! None of this answers my question, and no care is given to even reading my questions thoroughly.

I've literally waited months for a reply.

This is ridiculous and anybody wanting to go with a bank would be wise to steer away from this bank, as their intention is very clearly not to maintain customer relationships.
