Standard Bank is ruining my life

<p>I have contacted SB numerous times regarding my personal loan accounts being paid up.i even went in to a branch and was still unable to get a paid up letter. SB listed me incorrectly on ITC and the result of that is that i cannot get car finance. My job requires me having a car and because of SB i might lose my job. I have called, emailed and been into a branch personally and have had no luck. I was told i would get a paid up letter by tje 22ndbof December and still have no feedback. I cannot even get a personal loan beacuse of SB listing me on ITC. This is ruining my life, ruining me financially. SB listed me on ITC for my perosnal loan being in arrears. I reveived no correspondence saying they would list me or that my account is even in arrears. After talking to several call centre agents i am told my accounts are all settled months ago and that SB actually owes me money on the one perosnal account as it has gained interet from never being closed. I was told several times the accounts are closed. SB needs to tell me what they are going to do to resolve this matter? I cannot buy a car!!!!! SB does not realize the consequences of their actions on someones life! Even once I get my paid up letter i cant get car finance. The damage has been done. I will take SB carte blanche and the media for this "error" on their part, this is not something that can just get an apology, an apology is not going to change what has been done. What are you going to do to fix this SB? </p>
