Standard Bank is ruining my finances.

Standard Bank keeps debiting my home loan on the wrong date when there is no money in my account. They call it "tracking" and then that's it. If my account has an arrears, for example R1000.00, why does the full debit try to go off, and not only the arrears amount???? This causes penalty fees every damn time. It causes my account to be so far in debt, that I can't pay normal things. I can't use the account and Standard Bank is ruining my finances, and they won't help me work it out. They are robots that repeat the same thing. Moving forward my ass!

I reported this on their email contact method, and the agents don't help or get back to me. I can't deal with this anymore. Standard Bank is heartless and brainless
