Standard bank is *******'s!!!!

I was informed that my vehicle account has been handed over to legal for collection. this came as a huge surprise, seeing that Standard bank did not even in from me that my payments was behind........ not a single call nothing. No option for a payment plan nothing all or nothing.... so i paid up the balance! After paying up my vehicle in March 2020. I have subsequently sold it, and have been battling to get the natis documents from them. Despite having a paid up letter!!! I am being sent from pillar to post...... from one *********** person to the next with no avail. Now the buyer of the car is threatening legal action against me and my FRIENDS at Standard bank is still unreachable!!!!!! Thank you for the unbelievable experience of NOT GETTING WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!
