Standard bank is ridiculous...

<p>Me and my husband still haven't received any help with the money to be cleared...My husband received money from Cuba and it's over two weeks now that we waiting for Standard Bank to clear it into his account. ..The money is reflecting and he was asked all the security questions but even now two weeks later we still don't have it cleared....the most annoying thing is that we need to use the money for important things like paying of our debts as we are leaving in a weeks time to Cuba.....Standard Bank is useless and I don't want anything to do with them..I'm going to move all our investments with them because their service is extremely ridiculous....</p>
