standard bank is refusing to give me my money

Dear Standard Bank<br> <br> On the month of july you called me with regards to a life cover which I have agreed to, and the condition where I will get tested first before there policy can be effective, that was not done I went to the bank my self spoke to shaldon via phone asked for the life cover to be cancelled as standardbank never tested my blood to such a surprise last month two debits went off after on the 09 september I was at the bank on the 15, 629 was debited was advised it will be returned asap its another month with no sight of my money I call daily I'm being pushed from pillar to post
