Standard Bank is refusing to assist with transfer of my bond, even after serving 90 days notice, claiming additional loan that I am not aware of

I took a bond with Standard Bank in March 2022 and have been paying very well since. I approached them in April 2025 for bond transfer to FNB and the figures they gave me had a shortfall from the bond amount I got approved for by FNB and I was told it’s due to me not giving the 90days notice, I then gave the notice which was set to end in July.

At the end of Notice period, the lawyers contacted Standard Bank for the revised figures, the figures still had a shortfall of R28 326.04 and when lawyers enquired they were told by the consultant by the name of Grace Mpho Makgale that I took additional loan on top of the bond hence so much interest. I am not aware of this loan as I never approached Standard Bank for any additional loans after taking the bond in 2022.

This is causing so much inconvenience for me as the transfer of property to FNB is now on hold pending these ridiculous figures from Standard Bank that I am not aware how they came about.
