Standard Bank is really the worst bank in SA

So I have VAF arrears which led to my car being repo'd and sold off at an auction, the shortfall was an amount of R36 000.00 which I agreed with Sonja Havenga from Sterling Debt recoveries to pay an amount of R1000.00 a month until the final amount is paid up.<br> <br> I sent her an email regarding me being financially contrained in November and asked if I could make a payment of R2000.00 in December to make up for it.<br> <br> all was good until a transaction of R13 000.00 was taken out of my account and into the Stannic VAF account this morning without my authorisiation by the way and Being told my a call centre agent that they do have the right to transact if I am in default unless I made arrangements with the Attorneys to make a double payment in December, which I did and even have an the email to prove it. So right now I have no money at all because this wasnt brought to anyone's attention.<br> <br> I am getting no response from Sonja regarding this neither am I getting any compassion from Standard Bank.<br> <br> Could someone please help me I have rent to pay and kids to feed!
