Standard Bank is really the worst bank ever

I was trying to open a business bank account with Standard Bank and I registered on app thinking that it might make life easier. The lady I chatted with her name is "Ntsoaki" she asked for my contact details so that she can forward them to the sales team because she was not authorized to help with such. I sent her my cell number and email address.

She asked that I send her my cell number in "words". I honestly don't get why Standard Bank would ask for my cell number in words. Why do I have to go so much trouble just to open a business bank account. I don't understand why they cant just use my email address to reach out to me because it was written in words.
