STANDARD BANK IS POOR IN SERVICE!!!

On 30th April I couldn't withdraw any money, I went inside the STD in cape town thibualt square and the the bank manager had to authorise me getting any money, at that time I wasn't aware my account was blocked. Friday 1st May I wanted to pay for a garment at Legit and I was so HUMILIATED AND EMBARRESED when I was told that the transaction was declined and card was blocked I HAD TO WALK AWAY FEELING RATHER DISAPOINTED THAT STD BANK cape town thibualt square did not advise me of this! On that weekend I received sms's that my debit orders were rejected. Monday 4 May I into STD Parow Centre I was told my card cheque was faulty and I must use myu debit card I then did so and I could withdraw money however!!!! Tuesday 5 May at Cape quarter greenpoint I used what I was told which was my DEBIT CARD AGAIN I WAS HUMILIATED WALKING AWAY EMBARESSED as the transaction was declined again!!!! NOW I WENT BACK TO thibualt square and I was told that my account was blocked and they are not able to assist as STD has a system ERROR!!! ITS NOT MY PROBLEM GETTING CALLS AND SMS'S THAT I DIDNT PAY MY DEBT AND ITS NOT EVEN MY FAULT!!! I STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING FROM STD BANK! I AM NOT PAYING PENALTIES!!
