Standard bank is pathetic

Good day. I would just like to state how poor standard bank is.

I have had my bond with standard bank for almost 7 years now and I have never missed a payment. When the lock down was announced but before it began i contacted standard bank regarding payment relief options because i have not been working or earning my usual income throughout this period. . They gave mw the options and i asked to go ahead. They then told me someone would contact me within a few days. Guess what a month later and I'm still waiting to speak to anyone. Despite the fact that I've made countless phone call attempts as well as sent multiple emails. And no body has bothered coming back to me.

If a debit order is attempted on this coming debit order date i will be reversing the order and i certainly will be actively looking to move my bond as well as any other business as far away from standard bank as possible.

The service is pathetic and i will never recommend standard bank to anyone.
