STANDARD BANK IS PATHETIC...!!!

POOREST SERVICE EVER AND **********....!!!! After losing my job i could not pay my accounts, which included a STD BANK LOAN - and as soon as i got another job - the account was handed over, so i have been paying for more than a year now, and more than a year later i discovered that the account they were debiting their monthly installments was on a negative because they have been debiting their installments all along, even though i have been paying them directly. i have been sending emails for months and have probably spent more than R400 airtime trying to phone them - but after holding for more than 1 hour i realize that i am never getting anywhere with this Bank. IT MAKES SENSE WHY THEY HAD TO CLOSE THEIR BRANCHES - THEY ARE TOO PATHETIC...!!!!!
