Standard Bank is out to take your money!

Standard Bank has been the worst financial institution to work with when dealing with Estate Late accounts. I have been struggling for a year now just to get the estate late account lifted and to take over as substitute of debtor - Consultants do not get back to you and their team leaders who you email also ignore your emails. No apologies - just BAD SERVICE, they don't care as they getting the interest levied to you monthly! It's week 2 now of requesting bank statements, emailing consultants, their managers etc - still nothing!
