Standard Bank is officially the most useless bank out there!! Needless to say expensive as well.

Within the past 3 weeks I have had ***** on first my cheque card and now my credit card. I stopped my cheque card over a week ago and am still waiting for a card. Needless to say, as usual there were system issues so they couldn't order me a new card immediately. I now stopped my credit card two days ago due to also having ***** on it. I was PROMISED THAT I WOULD STILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY MONEY ON THE APP!!!! I can go onto the app however pay nothing or transfer nothing!!!!

What is wrong with you, can nothing be done efficiently anymore?

I WANT MY CHEQUE AND CREDIT CARD AND I NEED ACCESS TO MY MONEY! IT'S MY MONEY!
