STANDARD BANK IS NOT OFFERING PAYMENT RELIEF!!!
STANDARD BANK IS NOT OFFERING PAYMENT RELIEF DESPITE THEIR CLAIMS
I app**** for payment relief on my personal loan at the beginning of April. About two weeks later, I called to follow up and was told I had been 'Pre-Approved'. I was also told it takes up to 10 working days to receive a response from the date of application.
Now a month later, there is still no feedback. AND GUESS WHAT??? THE DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF ON MY PERSONAL LOAN!!!
So much for banking with Standard Bank.

You said the matter would be dealt with "urgency". What is your definition of "urgency"? 3 days? 3 weeks?
Perhaps a Twitter campaign to let South Africa know Standard Bank does not care about its customers is what's needed.
Just look at the efficiency with which ABSA gave its customers payment relief and compare!!!!
So much for banking with Standard Bank!
