Standard Bank is not helping

We are very unhappy with the Business Banking part of this bank. Our organization underwent a change recently and we needed a change of signatories. Standard Bank Melville Branch allocated inexperienced personnel to us and we ended up spending more than 3 hours in the bank. They eventually got us sorted with a business banker. Now we are encountering problems with our account and our business banker is not helping. We have sent countless emails with no response. This is affecting our operations negatively and it comes at a financial cost us including the high bank charges for incomplete service.
