Standard Bank is not assisting me by restructuring the debt,this is after several attempts to communicate with them

Standard Bank Vehicle finance , doesnt want to assist , in 2024 I had financial challenges in my business, and I ended up defaulting on my car payments . I however called STD Bank time and again requesting that they restructure my account,so that it can be manageable , they ignored me , instead took the account to Lawyers , who now want me to attend the Pretoria Court and yet I reside in Vereenoiging , because they want to make it impossible for the matter to be resolved .
