Standard bank is messing up my credit score !!!!!

I have a vehicle finance with standard bank, when i took the loan standard bank was not debiting my account i followed up with them and they said it was something on their side and my account was then debited for the 3 months that was missing, but i checked my credit report and i discovered that they did not update that info and also one payment shows as overdue yet i always get debited on time so i don't understand what the hell is going on and why are they messing my credit report!!!!!
