Standard bank is just utterly useless...

Again, standard bank has proven they are useless. I called to find out where my cards are that were supposed to take 2 days to get. It is now a week, I have no access to my cards, no access to any of my money. When I call their system says that my security check was denied when I answered everything correctly as per my personal knowledge. Thank you for showing me that FNB is the way forward.
