Standard bank - Is it the worst bank??

The worst bank in regards to claims - Again I was retrenched December 2019 I put in the claims January 2020 and March they paid out for 6 Months stating that I should just send an email in May 2020 with an affidavit stating I am still unemployed and bank statements. Which I did - We are now in August going on September and still no word from them after various emails and Standard bank contacting me stating that they will hand me over to collection department. I am giving up on this as you never get anywhere with these banks but when they take your money they do it fast and in style. You pay for insurance and insurance but when push comes to shove you end up losing all the way. Very disappointed - Think we should go back to keeping our money under our beds - Much safer.
