Standard Bank is horrible

I am a prestige client with Standard bank and have been having endless problems because of an error on their side. Im being debited for a home loan which does not belong to me but another client, how does my account get loaded as the owner of this home loan? when i called to have this money reversed and the debit order removed from my account i was told that it cant be done as they need permission from the client to do so. I am furious and i want my money back, i have called 7 times now and still i have not received any help!! I now will close this account and sue standard bank!
