Standard Bank is holding my money hostage

On the 9th of February I took out a personal loan in excess of with my bank on behalf of my wife's small business. I paid thank money over to an account she opened with Standard bank. Standard bank abruptly froze that account suspecting *****. I was contacted by Nedbank with a series of questions regarding the money on th 16th of March. They were satisfied with my answers and told me Standard bank had to sort things out from their side. It is now the 3rd of April and the account is still frozen. After nearly 3 weeks of calling the bank daily, Standard bank has failed to do anything about this. They keep "escalating" the issue to different departments who also don't know what to do. My wife is now at a point where she needs to pay service providers but cannot access the money that the initial loan was taken out for. For all intents and purposes Standard bank is holding our money hostage. Please sort this out now!
